Digital Imaging System
In our continued efforts to bring the most advanced technology to our patients, Complete Family Eyecare is proud to have a Digital Imaging System as part of our services. The Digital Imaging System allows us the opportunity to photo-document any conditions that present during your eye health examination. Theses images are presented on a flat screen monitor in order to educate our patients using their own eye as the example. This allows the patient a better understanding of their eye conditions. These images are also a great asset to your medical record as they allow Dr. Gray to monitor subtle changes and make important comparisons if potential problems show themselves at a future examination.

Our focus expands beyond soft contact lenses into RGP (hard) contact lenses, bifocal contact lenses and specialty lenses for patients with conditions like Keratoconus or other corneal irregularities resulting from surgery or trauma.

Pediatrics
We believe in the future of our children and securing that future begins with learning. 80% of learning comes from vision and unfortunately nearly 1 in 4 children suffer from an undiagnosed vision problem that impacts their learning. This is no surprise as 30% of childrens' vision problems go undetected during routine school eye screenings and visits with their pediatricians. Even a child with 20/20 vision may suffer from an undetected vision problem such as farsightedness or lazy eye.

Dr. Gray believes so strongly in children that she donates her services to a program called InfantSEE which provides free eye evaluations to children less than one year of age. As amblyopia is the most common cause of visual impairment in childhood and may develop as a result of uncorrected refractive errors prior to 6 years of age, Dr Gray encourages all parents to provide their children with a comprehensive eye examination. Even when your vision is not changing the structures within your eye are always changing. Your preventative yearly eye exams can instantly detect such health-threatening conditions as tumors and vascular irregularities as well as more common systemic conditions such as Diabetes and Hypertension. Preventative care is equally important in diagnosing conditions such as Glaucoma and Macular Degeneration where patients are without symptoms in the early stages while damage is occurring. In many cases vision loss that could have been prevented is irreversible and blindness can result if the condition is left untreated.
